I’ve been thinking about (and feeling my way through) the heaviness of the world this week. In many of my classes, we talked about - and moved through together - the loss of Renee Good and the fear and anger it brought up in many of our bodies and communities. And over and over again, I felt SO GRATEFUL to be sharing my yoga practice with others. 💜
In moments like these, it matters so much how we care for our nervous systems, our communities, and ourselves. We CANNOT let our cups get empty - emptiness is no place to fight from (however peacefully we define the fight). 🙏
Yoga is not about bypassing what is happening. No, thank youuuu. 👎 It’s about meeting it with presence, clarity, and connection. 💪
If you are craving a space to breathe, ground, and remember who you are beneath the noise and in community, we’ve got you covered. Book a class and share your practice with us this week. 🧘♂️
And if you’re not? Know that you’re still not alone. 🫶
Sending you all the love this Sunday morning - may the long time sun shine upon you and remind you how capable and bright shining YOU are too. ☀️
