Remember: self care comes in many forms. Getting 6-8 hours of sleep. Brushing your hair. Shaving your legs after months. Sometimes as simple as giving yourself a foot massage and pedicure. That's what I did tonight after enjoying a movie.

You don't always have to spend money to self care. The little things count just as much as doing something hard like dishes, sweeping, or cleaning.

You only have 1 life. Love yourself first and foremost.

Well... this kinda sucks. I can't get buzzed off of tequila cuz it makes me sleepy. Or Vodka or Schnapps cuz it does nothing. Mixed vodka and tequila and now I'm really sleepy. What the hell is going on with my weird body now?
