You will often hear me say “chiropractic is in my soul,” I was born to be a chiropractor. My grandfather was a chiropractor and I loved seeing all the “chiropractic miracles.” I graduated from Greenon High School and went straight to Wright State University where I received a bachelors of science in Biology with a minor in physiological psychology. Next I went to New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) and received my Doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.). My intern and residence program was performed at the Buffalo Veterans Affairs Medical Center - it was at this VAMC that the integration of chiropractic in all military facilities began. In 2005 I joined a chiropractic practice in Springfield, Ohio. In 2007 my wife and I purchased the practice and this is where we continue to help create health and change lives. I continue to pursue higher education and became a certified functional medical practitioner (C.F.M.P.) in 2019. I am the type of chiropractor who desires to know all I can of physiology, pathology, neurology, nutrition, and anatomy. Shanna Paciorek D.C., CFMP. I was influenced by my husband, Dr. John, to become a chiropractor. I graduated with honors from Wright State University with a bachelors of science in biology. I then went to New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) for my doctorate of Chiropractic (D.C.). I enjoyed my intern and residence program at the Buffalo Veterans Affairs Medical Center. It was here the integration of chiropractic in all military facilities began. I became a certified functional medicine practitioner (C.F.M.P.) in 2013. And in 2020 became certified in the Callahan emotional release technique. Since the birth of our first child I have decreased my time in the office and increased my focus on building strong families. I am sought after for my consulting and I am also a teacher in our Classical Conversations home school co-operative.

Spring is here… and so is the sudden urge to do everything at once 🌸😅

Yard work, long walks, workouts, cleaning—your body might not be as ready as your motivation.

👉 A few simple tips to avoid springtime aches:
• Start slow (your body is still coming out of “winter mode”)
• Stretch before and after activity
• Stay hydrated
• Listen to your body—tightness is a warning sign

If you’re already feeling it, don’t ignore it—small issues can turn into bigger ones fast.

And if you do overdo it, Dr. John can help! 👍
