Today’s Fall Harvest Party was full of tricks, treats, and tons of fun! 👻
From games and crafts to a dance party, some witchy entertainment from Rose City Witches , a costume contest, and even some pie in the face - it was a day packed with laughter and smiles all around.

🌟 NDEAM Spotlight: Meet Jonathan! 🌟
Jonathan’s friendly spirit and teamwork make him a valued part of the TAC family.
His favorite part of the job is spending time with friends, and he’s inspired every day by his coworkers and teammates. One of his proudest moments? Winning at the fishing derby! Right now, Jonathan is working toward an exciting goal of saving up for a vacation!

💗 Today, TAC went pink! 💗
Team members showed their support for Breast Cancer Awareness by wearing pink and spreading positivity. The Positive Culture Committee handed out stickers and mementos to celebrate and honor those impacted by breast cancer.

Michael is an important part of our TAC team, and today we’re celebrating his value and talent!
His favorite part of the job? Seeing his friends.
A skill he’s proud of? Working with his hands on bearing boards.
Something new he’s learned? How to clean my area.
His proudest moment? Getting his check!
Outside of work, he loves helping his mom at home and is working toward his goal of community employment.
