At Tuttle Rehab our mission is to progress the patient back to full functional capacity, whether it be returning to work or sport, or just to activities of daily living.

We've been in contact with the hospital in Port Charlotte. There are still many people without power. She specifically said these items would be greatly appreciated:
--clean, gently used clothing. People without power are struggling to wear clean clothes
--first aid items, over the counter medications
--hygiene items
--Depends and diapers

All the items collected will be distributed in the Port Charlotte/Ft. Myers area.
The truck is leaving Monday September 25.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated!
Drop off items at either of our locations 155 S. Tuttle Rd, of 7774 Dayton Springfield Rd in the Dean Medical Center.
