The Rawlin at Riverbend is locally developed, physician-owned and an owner-operator. We understand the unique needs of those with Alzheimer's and dementia and are committed to providing first-class personalized care plans and a safe and nurturing environment for our memory care residents. Congratulations to Yefri, The Rawlin's Employee of the Month! From his very first day, Yefri has gone above and beyond—not only for our residents but also for his coworkers. Raised in California, he enjoys working out, spending time with friends, and living by the motto: “Take life one day at a time and be present in the moment.”

Yefri has a true passion for cinema and theater, from opera to classic films like Vertigo and Somewhere in Time. He’s always thinking of others, and becoming Employee of the Month is no exception. In his own words:

"I always want to thank everyone who works hard and makes it through another day, and acknowledge all those who, with compassion and dignity, make this an amazing place to work and an even better community for our beautiful residents."
