I’ve been keeping a secret!

For the last 4 years my business home has been at the lovely 1136 W Battlefield. When so much changed in my life I always had my office. I’ve grown so much as a business owner and person here and I’ll always be grateful that this was my first office space!

I’ve seen countless families here and watched so many of your babies grow up between our visits!

I felt a pull and calling this summer to try something new and I’m so excited to make this leap!

I’ll share the space with some other wonderful practitioners and I can’t wait for the memories we’ll make together here.

Starting Sept 2nd I’ll be in my new space! Tomorrow will be my last day in the old office.

I’ve seen a lot of oversupply clients lately and I can confidently report it sucks for both mama and baby.

I’ve seen the milk pours from those mamas on social media that sleep all night and pump gallons 😳 I promise that’s not the whole story!

Oversupply can be managed! Feeding can be easier for you and baby 💗 I’m here to help!

Happy Mother’s Day!

So grateful to serve such determined, strong mamas everyday.

Motherhood will change you in the most beautiful ways if you allow it to. It cracks you open and asks you to expand in ways you never thought possible. It shows you how to be kinder, more patient, flexible, and really productive while sleep deprived lol!

Without my 2 boys I wouldn’t be an IBCLC, and I definitely wouldn’t have had the confidence to start my own business. So grateful I get the privilege of being their mama!

Hope you felt seen and appreciated for all of your softness, strength and sacrifice today and everyday!

Just had a pediatrician tell my client that releases are never beneficial and can end up with baby in the hospital! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Protect your breastfeeding relationship over the holidays! We see higher rates of unintentionally weaning during the holiday season in the U.S.

Why?

- Changes in routine and schedule
- Increased stress
- Unsupportive family members

How can you combat this?

- Feed your baby frequently (8-10 times a day)
- Don’t cut feeds off short
- Set boundaries with family and find ways to minimize stress and obligations (remember it’s okay to say no)
