INTENSE PHYSICALITY + KINESTHETIC INTELLIGENCE
Catalyst uses a unique fusion of strength training, cardio, yoga, and free movement exercises to tap into your body’s natural patterns. The result is that you’ll get your heart pumping and your muscles burning, while you build body awareness and learn to move freely. Catalyst is one of the first full body, challenging workouts to incorporate effective body/mind training and awareness techniques into the class. Is it easy? But that’s why you’re going to see results and feel better each class. Our bodies need positive stressors in order to grow. Catalyst classes will meet you where you are, whether you’re coming to your first fitness class or training for a marathon. This cutting edge fitness technique gets you out of the chair, out of the gym, and into your body. Come just as you are, leave feeling strong, energized and alive! This is the future of fitness. This is how we build healthy bodies, one day at a time. This is how we move towards a healthier, happier world.
