Our CCHC staff are mourning the loss of our long time RN Nurse Supervisor, Tabby Diaz. Tabby dedicated her life to nursing and spent her last 15 years serving the patients of CCHC. She was loved and respected by all who were lucky enough to know her. She will be greatly missed.

The award recognizes someone who, as a member of either the board or staff of a health center, has demonstrated excellence in the community health care field.

The award was presented last week on August 19 at the NACHC Health Institute conference in Chicago.
