Dr. Ratchford's schedule is not yet open for full appointment scheduling, as we are currently awaiting the completion of his insurance credentialing process. If you'd like to be added to the list of patients to be contacted once insurance credentialing has been completed, call our office at 912-754-7500.

Dr. Ratchford recently completed a dual Residency program in Med-Peds, a specialized training program focusing on both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Dr. Ratchford will be available to see patients of any age and provide care for your entire family.

UPDATE Thursday, January 23 at 5:00pm: Unfortunately, this is not a good update. Despite the work done on the parking lot today, it’s still unsafe for us to reopen tomorrow (Friday). With warmer temperatures expected this weekend, we’ll be able to reopen Monday, January 27 at 8:00am.

When we reopen on Monday, we’ll begin contacting those who need appointments rescheduled.

***If you need a prescription refill, you can request it through your patient portal account or ask your pharmacy to send us an electronic refill request.***

UPDATE Wednesday, January 22 at 6:00pm: Local officials have issued an alert about dangerous road conditions expected overnight. We will be CLOSED all day on Thursday, January 23. We plan to reopen on Friday. We will post an uodate tomorrow. We will contact you asap to reschedule your appointment. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the safety of our staff and our patients is our number one priority.
