The season of giving was alive and well at Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing. Thanks to the generosity of our community toys were donated to Springfield Pharmacy along with a monetary contribution to support their important work. It was a meaningful way to give back and help bring joy to families in our community. 🎁💛

Our very own CEO, Margaret Mantoni (front row second in from the left), has been elected Chair of the Board for LeadingAge Massachusetts and we couldn’t be prouder!

Margaret’s passion, energy, and dedication to supporting older adults and strengthening our community shine through in everything she does. Now, her leadership will help guide nonprofit senior living organizations across the state.

The article spotlights how The Loomis Communities, including Loomis Lakeside at Reeds Landing, are embracing a more open, person-centered model that prioritizes dignity, inclusion, and meaningful engagement for residents living with memory loss.

Some senior living communities are caring for people with dementia alongside other residents, not segregated behind locked doors.
