Exercising doesn’t have to be something you dread—bring some fun to your physical wellness by incorporating things that bring you joy! Some things we love doing:
• Listen to music, podcast, or audiobook while exercising
• Window shop while walking laps at the mall
• Take photographs on a nature hike
• Meet new people at a yoga class
• Watch our favorite TV show while walking on the treadmill
• Grab a cup of coffee with a friend and go for a walk
• Walk the golf course instead of using a cart
• Play with or walk our dogs
• Go for a run, a walk, or cycling
• Find an exercise buddy and try new activities together
