As an IT Customer Success Specialist, you’ll serve as a key liaison between clinical users (providers, nurses, PT, radiology, and more) and IT— partnering closely to translate real-world clinical needs into electronic tools and processes that enhance healthcare delivery.
🔑 What You’ll Do
✅ Collaborate with clinical leadership to support strategic initiatives
✅ Serve as the primary IT contact for clinical departments
✅ Champion bidirectional communication between IT and clinical users
✅ Support projects and system changes that impact clinical workflows
✅ Help drive digital transformation with a focus on user adoption and satisfaction
🎓 What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an allied health field (preferred)
✔ 2–5 years of clinical experience (ambulatory setting preferred)
✔ 2–5 years supporting clinical applications (Athena experience a plus)
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills
✔ Passion for technology, efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement
✔ Ability to build strong relationships and lead productive meetings
