Anybody else think they had to cram a ton of manual yard work into the beautiful weekend we had?? 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏼‍♂️
I know I over did it, and could feel every muscle aching!
The one thing that saved me was BEMER 🧡

It’s the end of the day and all I can think about is STRESS…..
Did you know stress affects every cell in the body?
Stress causes dis-ease in the body, and also the mind and spirit.
Today was STRESSFUL for me personally.
But, so glad I have this medical device to help my body reset and recover.
