It's the Spring Equinox! I sent a post on my Substack to help you honor the turning of the seasons.

Let's celebrate with some divine feminine energy:

💫 Ostara tips the axis toward light.
🔥 Persephone returns from the underworld.
☀️ Astarte brings things forth.

Three faces of the same truth: something that was underground is ready to emerge.

You can see the post on Substack. Link is in my bio.

Six of 12 seats have been claimed. Six remain. Is one yours?

Coven is a seasonal container for women who wish to explore devotional business in community.

Coven doesn't add to your plate. It creates a gentle structure and communal support for what's already on your mind, your heart, and your list.

This circle gives you the courage to take the leaps you've been afraid to take alone.

We do business in the way women were designed to:
In circle. In season. In surrender.

So if you're...

✦ Craving a real community, women who get it because they're building something too
✦ Desire work that feels like a spiritual practice
✦ Feeling something wholly yours on the edge of being born
✦ Ready to relinquish control and trust what's unfolding
✦ Know in your bones that this is your season to build

This container is for you.

Claim your seat. Visit the link in my bio or send me a message.

I'll meet you in circle on April 1st.

This one’s usually for paid subscribers only. I’m opening it up to everyone because I think it matters right now.

It’s a New Moon guide on divine inspiration: what opens the channel, what closes it, and the practices I return to when I’ve lost the thread. Based on my own story, including how Coven came to be.

Inside: an essay and a downloadable workbook to put it all into practice.

Link in bio or in comments. Happy New Moon. 🌑

It takes courage for a woman to bet on her own vision.

Most of us have been doing it alone. Carrying the idea, tending the dream, showing up day after day without anyone who truly gets it bearing witness.

Coven is the circle I wished I'd had. 12 women. One season. Building from rhythm and intention instead of pressure and force.

If you read through these slides and something in you says, "Yes!" Trust that.

We open on the Spring Equinox, March 20th. Add your name to the waitlist at the link in my bio or shoot me a DM and you'll receive a personal invitation first.

Take the leap with us.

An idea won’t stick around for long if you don’t act on it - it will go find someone else who is willing to say yes to it.

In Big Magic, Elizabeth Gilbert talks about ideas like they are disembodied entities, wandering the Earth looking for a human partner to bring them into existence. If you ignore one for too long, it moves on.

I believe her. I've waited too long on ideas and watched others express them with a pang of envy. I've also felt the impatience of an idea that refused to let me sleep until I opened my laptop.

What stops you from acting on your ideas?

Happy Friday the 13th Witches ✨

There is something so meta about experiencing the magic of devotional business while I am marketing a devotional business container.

I conceived of Coven on Monday March 2nd. By March 5th the website was up, and I had 2 women interested.

Now, 11 days after idea conception, 8 women are on the waiting list, a week before enrollment is even open.

The ease with which this is happening feels completely out of my hands. And I am holding it loosely. The "work" I'm doing to create this community?

-Sitting at my altar every morning, praying for God, my angels and guides, and all higher beings to guide my thoughts, words, and actions today.
-Praying for the women who need to hear my message to come closer to me.
-Sending personal invitations to women who pop into my mind's eye while I am meditating.
-Finding opportunities to be of service to people in my community. I've been making meals for people in need, and offering pro bono services.
-Carving out time in my mornings to study, read, and get inspired. I've written my own curriculum for what I want to develop myself in: feminine leadership and spiritual devotion.
-Going outside when my dog entices me to, to feel the sunshine on my skin and access feminine "play" energy.
-Praying for bed that my muses will let me sleep through the night, will inspire my dreams, and will show up for me in the morning AFTER I get sufficient sleep (this has been a negotiation since they consistently seem to wake me up with inspiration around 3-4 am 😅)
-Protecting my energy, my joy, and my life force by watching what I'm consuming - food, content, and energy.
-Sharing my experience, my personal story, and whatever inspired words come to me during my morning spiritual practice or study session.
-Consulting astrology and human design to ensure my practices, business design, and schedule align for my unique self.

This experience has been fun, fulfilling, profound, and moving. 10/10 recommend devotional business. If you want to come along for the ride 🌊, send me a message.

I've been thinking about the difference between information and wisdom.

Information is what you learn. Wisdom is what you know in your body after you've lived something.

Most of us are drowning in information and starving for wisdom.

Less consuming, more living and sitting with what you already know.

Shared wisdom lives on my Substack. Link in bio.

I have felt so much feminine rage lately.

It seems to be showing up everywhere in the collective. Pretty much every female friend I've spoken to lately has expressed the same thing. "My fuse is short." "I'm so pi**ed off." "I've felt completely out of control with anger."

It's interesting how women tend to wonder what's wrong with US when we're feeling rage.

It couldn't possibly be about global leaders in the news for acts of violence against women and children. Or about wars started to seemingly distract us from noticing the headlines about billionaires. Or about the subtle micro-aggressions we've been stepping over our entire lives so we can perpetuate the status quo.

After decades of being told to choose others' comfort over our own, stay small, and keep the peace at our own expense - perhaps rage is an appropriate response.

The beautiful thing about rage is: it's productive. Anger is a survival mechanism. It fuels us into action when a boundary is violated. When our life is under threat. Anger is “NO!” energy.

So what do we do with it?

We create. We use it to fuel us into artistic action.

Coven exists for exactly this moment:
✦ Twelve women.
✦ Devotional structure.
✦ A container for the ones who are done absorbing the world's chaos and ready to transmute it into something: a business, a project, a body of work, or a life that looks like it was built on purpose.

The world doesn't need more women silently filled with rage. It needs more women MAKING things.

If that's you, the waiting list is now open. Be one of the first through the doors. Spring Equinox, March 20th. Link in bio.

The Creatrix.

She's the part of you that carries something from formlessness into form. The artist. The entrepreneur. The woman who decides to stop living the life she inherited and start building something of her own.

She is also, I believe, The Mother. Not just the woman who raises children. The woman who grows anything: a business, a body of work, a conscious life.

In this week's essay, I wrote about why I think they're the same woman. And what it means for you.

Hi. I'm Cara.

I'm 11 years sober, a writer, a seeker, an Integrative Trauma Coach, a Reiki practitioner, and an intuitive. I'm a Professional Aunt, a sister, and a woman on the conception path to Motherhood.

I spent years giving the best of myself to other people's visions. I learned a lot. And I was slowly disappearing inside it.

Now I'm building something of my very own, and I feel totally unleashed. (Thank you, Year of the Fire Horse.)

I write and create from inside my own experience. I believe fully alive, fully awake women are the catalyst for a brighter world.

Here's how to go deeper:

1️⃣ Substack. I write about what it means to come home to yourself. Conscious creation, the sacred inner life, and tending the vessel that makes it all possible: your body. Subscribe from the link in my bio.

2️⃣ Wake Up Calls. A direct 1:1 transmission for the woman who is ready to remember who she really is.

3️⃣ Coven. A devotional community for 12 women creators. We start fresh each season. Doors open on the Equinoxes and Solstices.

I'm here for the woman creating something wholly her own. Whether she's building a business, healing her lineage, or simply trying to find a way back to herself.

If that's you: I'm glad you're here.

There's a kind of loneliness that's specific to building a vision that no one can see yet but you. Inside the work that doesn't fit a job title and the path of becoming a new version of yourself that isn't yet clear.

I built Coven because I needed it and it didn't exist. If you read these slides and think, "This is what I've been seeking." I built this for you too.

Coven is a devotional business structure for women who are ready to surrender to what wants to come though them. This isn't another course, "mastermind," or group coaching program.

It's a threshold: a place where your work is treated as the spiritual practice it actually is, and showing up to the altar of your business every day is ushering you into a new version of yourself.

In Coven, we mark time with the seasons and lunar cycle instead of a fiscal calendar. We honor kairos, or divine timing, instead of chronos, or linear time.

The founding season opens for enrollment on March 20, 2026: the Spring Equinox. You can express interest on my website.

Swipe to learn more, and click the link in my .love bio to join the founding circle.

We cap each circle at 12, chosen intentionally for energetic coherence. If this isn't a "hell yes" for you, it's a "no." Make sure you honor yourself and the circle by listening to that intuitive nudge.
