ElderHealth & Living We provide residential care for adults with memory loss. We understand people with memory loss need more than guided care. They also deserve dignity and respect.

At ElderHealth & Living Memory Village we work to honor patients for who they are and who they were. Our residents include people of all from backgrounds. Our residential care includes a unique village environment made up of 10 homes accommodating up to 11 residents each. Our village and philosophy of caring embraces each person's unique emotional, physical, social and spiritual identity. We offer individualized care as their needs change over time. ElderHealth & Living Memory Village works collaboratively with family members and health care providers to determine the best solution for each person under our care. Our memory village includes: • Residential living •Day Program for people living at home. • 24-hour staffing • Daily activities • Nutritional meals & snacks.
