My job as a counselor is to help empower you and to work with you to find a solution to the problems you or your family are facing; whether it be anxiety, depression, or job/school related stressors, or you’re having relationship or family issues, I am here to help. I have worked with a wide variety of clients from the ages of 10 to 45 years old using individual, couples, and family therapy. Sometimes just having a judgement free place to talk can make all the difference when life stressors are impacting your daily functioning.
I tend to use Solution Focused Counseling techniques as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Talk Therapy to help get to the root of your individual issues. Everyone is unique so I tailor your treatment to fit your individual personality, needs and goals. LGBTQ+ friendly. Laid back and accepting environment.
