Our Story

When the owners of Physiotherapy Professionals, Ahh Yoga, and Body Symmetry decided to move their businesses under one roof, they had a vision of wellness. A place where clients and patients could get the continuing care they need to stay active and healthy. With their combined knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and physiology, they knew massage had to be a part of that wellness vision. Massage is often thought of as a luxury but in reality, routine massage should be a part of every health routine. Synergy is defined as the interaction or cooperation of two or more organizations, substances, or other agents to produce a combined effect greater than the sum of their separate effects. This is exactly what we strive for within the Pure Synergy building. You may come for just physical therapy, yoga, massage or personal training but you end up with a team of professionals working together to keep you active and healthy.
