We had a great Divine Masculine Metaphysical Men's Group last night! It is an honor to be creating this sacred space with these brothers in the Springfield community. If you have any desire to be part of this group, please feel free to come to our next month's meeting. Thank you to all who showed up, and special thanks to Architect Coffee for the space to do this.

We had our first Divine Masculine Men's Group last night!

I wanted to share my learning with the whole experience. In these past couple months I have been inspired to create and lead a Men's Group in Springfield. I sensed a need for the Men in Springfield area to get together, discuss and explore what it means to be and hold the role of Masculinity in today's ever-changing world.

As the days grew closer, and people that I thought would be in attendance had to cancel for various reasons, I found myself slipping into old ways of being (paradigms). "Oh, maybe I should just cancel." "It's not meant to be." "It was a stupid idea anyway."

A few hours before the event, I was just about to give up when a fellow student/teacher here at the school helped me see the light. I was expressing to this person my doubts, when she very directly told me "Get those thoughts out of your head." That struck a chord within me.

Soon after, my phone rang and it was my Dad. I felt like it was Divine Timing. I told him about my intentions to start the Men's Group and how I thought nobody was going to show up. He said, "Well if no one shows up atleast you get to have a bonfire all to yourself." I laughed and couldn't help think to myself, "I am truly my Father's son."

I became aware in that moment that I wanted to make a different choice. I've experienced being with myself alone enough already this lifetime, I really want to include others. So I harnessed my aggressive, creative energy and started reaching out to some of the Men. A few brothers responded to the call and came last minute.

We had a great discussion about what Divine Masculinity means and did some vulnerability exercises, taking us deeper into ourselves and the shadow parts of ourselves.

I am posting this for the purpose of being vulnerable and expressing humility. Although the event may have not been as big and bright as I initially thought, it turned out exactly as it was suppose to. I am proud of it and want it to continue to grow and become brighter and brighter, just as I intend to.

I hope that you can join us in the future as this Group continues to grow. We will be doing the Divine Masculine Men's Group monthly, so stay tuned.

There will be Divine Feminine groups also, so keep an eye out for those.
