Today marks the end of an incredibly rewarding chapter for me as the owner of OsteoStrong Springfield.

What started as a business venture quickly became something much deeper—a journey of helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience in their lives. Watching members improve bone strength, regain confidence after injury, and feel empowered in their bodies has been truly meaningful.

I am deeply grateful for the community, the trust, and the relationships built along the way. As I step into my next chapter, I am genuinely excited to see OsteoStrong Springfield continue to grow under its new owner, Sabrina. She brings passion, care, and vision, and I have no doubt she and the team will continue to do incredible work supporting the community and the members served by OsteoStrong.
