A female patient in her 70s experienced pain in both thumb joints and suffered from right leg cramps and pain when kept straight for an extended period (5 minutes), resembling restless leg syndrome. After acupuncture treatment, the thumb joint pain disappeared.

February 11, 2025
The patient came for a follow-up treatment to reinforce the results. The thumb pain has not recurred, and her nighttime restless leg symptoms have also disappeared.

3/7/2025 Female, 60+ years old

The patient presented with pain on the right side of the neck, radiating to the upper and lower arm. She was unable to sleep on her right side at night, and inward rotation of the right arm (such as in a painting motion) triggered radiating pain.

She previously underwent three electroacupuncture treatments 45 days ago, which completely resolved her symptoms, allowing her to sleep on her right side without discomfort. However, after recent strenuous lifting, the symptoms recurred.

Today, she received another electroacupuncture treatment. Following the session, the radiating pain triggered by the inward rotation of her right arm (painting motion) disappeared, indicating the resolution of the positive test marker. The patient left satisfied.

2/13/2025, A woman in her 40s visited Dream Acupuncture seeking relief from groin joint pain. She had been diagnosed with hip osteoarthritis and was scheduled for surgery in April. Her pain worsened with movement and improved with rest, with lateral thigh movement exacerbating the discomfort.

Today marked her second treatment. During her first visit on 2/1/2025, four needles were applied to the opposite arm, which allowed her to move her thigh laterally without pain.

However, at today’s visit, the previous treatment from 2/1/2025 proved ineffective. The approach was adjusted, with two needles applied to the same-side arm and neck. As a result, her pain disappeared.

On February 26, 2025, a young woman in her twenties walked into the clinic with a peculiar complaint—a headache that had plagued her for two years. But this was no ordinary headache. The pain was elusive, shifting unpredictably from one location to another. One moment, it throbbed on the left side of her head; the next, it climbed to the crown. Sometimes, it settled at the back, and other times, it buried itself deep in the center of her head. No doctor had been able to explain this strange phenomenon, and no treatment had brought her relief.

When she arrived for acupuncture, the headache was concentrated on the left side. The practitioner carefully inserted needles into specific points on her leg and foot, targeting the imbalance. Immediately, the pain on the left side vanished—but the headache wasn’t ready to leave just yet. It resurfaced at the back of her head. Pursuing the shifting pain, the practitioner selected new acupuncture points on her foot and hand. Once again, the pain dissipated. But then, as if making a final stand, it lodged itself deep in the center of her head.

The treatment continued, with needles precisely placed on different areas of her foot. Slowly, the pain unraveled. After forty minutes, the relentless headache had faded by 80%, and for the first time in two years, it stopped shifting altogether.

She left the clinic feeling lighter, the ever-moving pain finally tamed. Scheduled for a follow-up in two weeks, she walked away hopeful that this time, the relief would last.

A man in his 40s had been experiencing low back pain and sciatica for a year, with the right side more severe than the left. During the worst episodes, he required steroid pain relief. Despite trying various treatments, he found little relief.

His first visit to my clinic was on 2/7/2025. During the initial treatment, needles were inserted into his arm to address his low back and sciatic pain. To his surprise, the pain disappeared.

At today’s follow-up on 2/14/2025, he reported that the past week had been the best he had experienced in a year. The pain in his right lower back was nearly gone, so today's treatment focused on the left side. Once again, needles were inserted into his arm, and the remaining pain vanished.

February 25, 2025, the patient had broken her clavicle,18 years ago. and ever since, a persistent tightness had lingered in her neck. More recently, six months ago, she suffered another injury—a fall that resulted in a fractured left arm. While the arm had been healing well, her pain remained at a steady 5 out of 10, and the injury had only worsened the tightness and pain in her neck.

During the treatment, fine needles were gently inserted into specific points on her legs and feet. As the session progressed, she felt a remarkable shift—nearly 90% of her neck tension and arm pain melted away.

🌿 WL, Female, 30s | A fall during badminton left her with severe lower back and hip pain. She struggled to stand without support, couldn’t put on socks, and was unable to lie on her side.
✅ After acupuncture at three points on the arm, she could stand up quickly without support—but still couldn’t lie on her side.
✅ Three additional points on the foot were treated, and she immediately regained the ability to lie on her side pain-free.
✅ That night, she slept comfortably and later reported no issues with side-lying.
