We started something new at BIG Mondays called our Raising the Bar Moment!

Real estate can feel lonely, so we are building a culture where it feels like a team sport

Here is how it works:
Each month, we compete against our own numbers from the same month the year before.
The goal is simple. Beat last year’s month in transactions and sales volume.

Example:
In December 2023 and December 2024, we did 8 transactions and $2,500,000 in sales.
In December 2025, we beat those numbers. So we got to raise the bar.

That is the point. We are not chasing other brokerages. We are chasing growth, consistency, and higher standards!
