The amount of love, understanding, and genuine respect shown not only to my family during this incredibly difficult time, but also toward me, has been more than I ever could have imagined.
To those who have shown me that I am more than “just your local massage therapist” - thank you from every cell in my body. You have no idea how much you all mean to me, especially for understanding that I’m human. I cry, I feel deeply, and I am doing my best to hold onto hope right now.
My dad’s health has been a touch-and-go roller coaster while he’s been at Barnes. He’ll take one step forward, and then fall three steps back.
We just received notice that he will be having life-saving LVAD heart surgery this Friday. Please keep all the positive vibes, prayers, and thoughts coming. We truly need them.

The LVAD(left ventricle assisted device) IS A GOOOOO!!!! FINALLY we have great news about my dad having surgery as early as next week to help make his life longer and daily life better. We are allll so grateful for everyone who's helped in any sort of way!!

This is open heart surgery, so there are still huge risks especially since my dad's heart is so weak. We are very hopeful this will allow him to stay with us longer and be the best Papa he wants to be ❤️ (picture is of him holding my son's stuffed animal, Wrinkles, that he wanted me to give to him to "help him get better.")❤️🫶

I wanted to share a brief update with you all. My family has received more information about my dad, and unfortunately it hasn’t been good news. I’ve been going back and forth between home and Barnes the past few days, and it’s been a pretty heavy and emotional time for our family.
If you’re the praying type, or can send positive thoughts or good vibes our way, they are truly appreciated more than I can say.
I also want to thank everyone who has already been so understanding with last-minute changes. If I do need to reschedule or cancel an appointment while we navigate this, I deeply appreciate your patience and kindness.
While this news has been shattering, we’re still holding onto hope. Thank you all for your continued support; it truly means the world to me.

Yesterday I had the chance to check out Peace, Love and Sweat. I did a sauna sessions in one of the more intense saunas, and LOVED it!! I will definitely be back soon!! Go check them out!! It felt WONDERFUL!!!
