Rosacea is a treatable, chronic condition of the skin. The normal onset is after 30 years of age and starts with redness or flushing on the central areas of the face that comes and goes. With time the redness gets more persistent and blood vessels might become visible. If not treated it can lead to red bumps and small white heads showing up in these areas. Oral medications and topical creams are used to help treat rosacea. Photo Credit: National Rosacea Society. For more info visit: https://www.rosacea.org
