When I talk about teaching barre, I get the question all the time, what is barre? Bar? Barre? Here is a brief summary!

No experience is required to show up for your first class. I will promise you that if you keep showing up, results will follow. Here's some things I have noticed since I started working on my first certification:

Leaner, stronger muscles
More endurance
Better balance (most days)
Improved sense of confidence
