Just saw someone post a thank you to 2026 for the free 7 day trial but that now they would like to unsubscribe. Ha!
But that does remind us how destructive stress is to your health and your weight loss. Unsubscribe from the stress.
1) Get a full night’s sleep.
2) Walk away from arguments you’re never going to win.
3) Log off social media if it’s not feeding your soul.
4) Turn off the news before it gets to be too much.
5) Find something to laugh about.
6) Move your body and drink your water.
7) Hug somebody. Hug a dog. Or hug yourself.
