Experience
Mercy Life Line has flown more than 43,000 incident free
missions since its beginning in 1984. It is the most experienced air ambulance service in the region and has the most accident-free air ambulance hours in the region. Mercy Life Line is part of Mercy Hospital-Springfield, a coordinated health care system that includes one main hospital and five community hospitals. Service Area
Mercy Life Line operates helicopters that provide air ambulance service to southwest Missouri, south central Missouri, northwest Arkansas, southeast Kansas and northeast Oklahoma. They are based in four
strategic locations in Missouri: Branson West, St. Robert, Joplin, Missouri and Rogers, AR. By off-basing the helicopters in these
locations, we are able to reach patients and transport them more quickly to the lifesaving treatment they need. Mercy operates EC-135, twin engine aircraft that are able to transport patients at an average speed of 150 miles per hour. Mercy Life Line Membership-
In November 2014 Life Line launched a membership program to shield their members from the out of pocket expenses, not covered by insurance. When you are a member, Mercy Life Line accepts your insurance payment as "payment in full". Eligible Patients

regardless of ability to pay. The Flight Team
