I’m feeling beyond grateful for this past weekend at Cider Days 💫

I was able to meet so many wonderful people and share my passion for bodywork. I’ve been absolutely buzzing with energy since Saturday.

I definitely underestimated just how busy ya’ll would keep me this weekend! Needless to say, I’m exhausted today but in the best way😌

Luckily I have a great friend who was looking out for me and was able to grab a few pictures😅

🌱I strive to provide personalized and intentional care by actively listening and adapting my approach to sessions on a case-by-case basis by factoring in; your treatment goals, pressure preferences, previous accidents and injuries, structural dysfunctions, daily activities and self-care practices, chronic conditions, and any other specifics to your body and pain that is presenting

🌱My massages are heavily anatomy based and results-driven without being overly clinical. I like to live in the therapeutically delicious realm where you can get all the wonderful benefits of pure relaxation as well as a very thorough soft tissue treatment
