Did you know you can receive the same benefits of an in person Reiki session from a distance?!? Not even being in the same room, building, city, state, or even county! Reiki energy isn't restricted by time or space. The clients I do Reiki sessions for are all done by doing distance healing. This also works for our beloved pets and is great for them as they don't have to leave the comfort of their home.

I personally don't like using the word "healer" as it implies that I have some special magical powers. I highly agree that as a practitioner, I hold space and create a space that facilitates healing. I have training on how to work with and manipulate Reiki energy. Through my attunements, I have a deep and personal connection to that energy.

As a practitioner offering sessions, I continue to work on holding my vibrations high, having a clear mind and my personal healing. If I offer you a suggestion on what to do, how to think about a situation, a crystal to use, or a holistic modality, it's because I've done it for myself.

This is part of my calling, helping others see that there are alternatives out there to help us heal. To say I made it to this conclusion or here on my own would be a lie. I have been guided by my spirit team, Reiki, my friends, my cat Rogue, and Divine Source.

Here's some information to get you going on connecting with your Spirit Team! I will tell you up front this can take some work. So, don't get frustrated if some things don't come very easily or not at all.

After years of being on my spiritual journey and healing I've learned of some of my team but definitely not all of them. Most has been from guided meditations to specifically meet them. A lot of it is trusting yourself and don't second guess what you "know." For example I have a white male lion as a guide and I wanted to figure out his name so I can have a deeper connection with him and just stop calling him my lion. The first name that came up after me asking was Christopher but for some reason I second guessed myself but when I tried to "hear" another name it felt wrong to do that.

I really believe what holds us back from making those connections is doubting ourselves. If you ask for a feather as a sign from your guides or angels then you go for a walk and see one and get that warm fuzzy feeling, don't second guess that! Is it common to find feathers outside, it can be, but most of the time you don't even notice them. It's the sign you asked for!

There's also nothing wrong with just starting to ask for things from your team or talking to them without know their names, roles or if it's an animal or angel. Just getting that connection going is a great start. They all are here to help you so use them! They help make earth school a lot easier and at times less lonely.

Reiki is a great modality to use for helping you align with your Spirit Team. Calming the mind, the nervous system and aligning your Chakras help us to see, hear, feel and know things coming in from out team.

✨️ Energy work is not a fad or just woo woo stuff. It's been around longer than most realize, dating back to the City of Atlantis and Ancient Egypt. Jesus was an energy healer and likey was using a form of Reiki energy at that time. Some modalities have even been scientifically proven, such as Reiki. ✨️

I do not have nor can I find the words right now. So much pain and suffering, hate and rage, neglect, and abuse happening in our world. But I have all the feels and I'm sure you do too.

The Throat Chakra helps us verbally express ourselves, our authenticity, creativity, and all communication. Speaking your truth can be very hard as many of us have been conditioned to not speak and just be seen only, that our opinions don't matter or to keep someone in your life, you shouldn't express yourself. But also at the same time, those who speak ill of others all the time have issues with their Throat Chakra.
