My background in both personal training and massage therapy allows me to look at the body a little differently—so we’re not just chasing results, we’re making sure your body can actually support them.
Right now I have a few openings for:
In-person coaching
• 1x/week sessions – $60/week
• Available times:
– Monday at 3 PM
– Tuesday at 9 AM
- Thursday at 3 PM
Online coaching
• 3 founding member spots
• $139/month (locked in as long as you stay active)
• Moves to $169/month after those spots are filled
