Replenish: A holistic mini-retreat workshop for tending to exhaustion and restoring energy

If your body feels tired no matter how much you rest, if your nervous system feels constantly “on,” or if you’re running on willpower instead of energy, this mini-retreat is for you.
Replenish offers a supportive space to better understand exhaustion and explore gentle, realistic ways to restore energy. Through reflection, education, restorative yoga, energetic practices, and herbal support, we’ll look at how stress affects the body and how to work with it rather than pushing through.
This is not about fixing yourself or doing more. It’s about listening, softening, and learning how to tend to what has been depleted — with care, clarity, and compassion.
Your guides, Kit Creemer and Robin Lee, are aware that so many of us feel constantly drained and are excited to bring this nurturing experience to you.
Kit Creemer is a Registered Nurse, Certified Community Herbalist, and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Kit brings a grounded, integrative perspective that bridges medical understanding, plant wisdom, and mindful movement.
Robin Lee is a Licensed Massage Therapist and 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Robin’s work centers on nervous system support, embodied awareness, and creating spaces where rest feels safe and accessible.
Together, Kit and Robin offer a balanced approach that honors both science and subtle practices — supporting the whole person with experience, compassion, and care.
