Exercise and wellness weren’t always part of my life — they’re something I learned to understand and appreciate over time. My journey began during my years in the U.S. Navy, where I first discovered that with consistent exercise and mindful nutrition, the body and mind can truly transform. What started as curiosity quickly became a lifelong passion, shaping both my personal and professional path since 1997.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and Nutritionist, I’ve built my philosophy around sustainable, results-driven practices — not fads or gimmicks. I believe that fitness success comes from sound nutrition, consistent effort, and a mindset focused on long-term growth. Every individual is unique, and their goals and results should be treated as such. I don’t promise “miracle” transformations — I promise guidance, structure, accountability, and a proven path toward real, lasting change.
At Fitness 4U, we’ve created one of the area’s most unique and supportive fitness environments. We specialize in private one-on-one personal training and our highly popular small group fitness sessions, which combine personal attention with the motivation and energy of a team setting. Each session is led by an experienced trainer focused on helping clients progress at their own pace — never held back or pushed too far by others’ abilities. We also offer youth and teen sports performance programs, designed to build strength, speed, and discipline in developing athletes.
