Health Matters Nutrition & Wellness LLC We help people to age positively by learning how to set health goals that lead to weight loss and a healthy life.

Now you can enjoy positive aging and share in an active life with your family! We are passionate about health and wellness and are excited to provide health education to our clients to assist them in becoming the best they can be. Health is priceless and we want to encourage as many people as possible to reach their individual health goals. Working as health educators, we look forward to coaching you to help you create and accomplish your health goals. Alicia is a Registered Nurse with her Bachelors degree in Nursing. She has worked in the health care industry since 1977. She has seen first hand how health can affect people's lives. Seeing that nutrition and preventative care can positively affect our lives, she decided to further her education and received her Masters of Science in Nutrition and Wellness. She then received her Certification in Health Coaching. Health, Nutrition and Wellness are her passion and she looks forward to working with you!
