With all the respiratory viruses going around I thought I would share a natural remedy that works and is safe for the body.

Pineapple & pineapple juice is great for thinning out mucus and aiding in expelling mucus. Due to bromelian, a mixture of enzymes with anti-inflammatory & mucolytic ( mucus thinning ) properties that break down proteins in the mucus.

I usually mix half pineapple juice and half coconut water. Stay safe out there!

Connective tissue also known as Fascia.

While it's hard to pin down an exact percentage, fascia makes up a significant portion of your body's mass, with some research suggesting it could be around 17% of total body weight, potentially over 25 pounds in an average adult, though it's a diffuse, continuous network rather than a single organ. It's the ubiquitous connective tissue system wrapping muscles, organs, bones, and nerves, providing support and lubrication.

Key Points About Fascia's Mass:

Significant Weight: Estimates place fascial tissue mass at around 12.5 kg (roughly 27.5 lbs) for an average person, equating to about 17% of total body weight.
Ubiquitous & Interconnected: Fascia isn't one lump but a seamless, body-wide web, making it difficult to quantify precisely as a separate organ.
Composition: Primarily collagen and hyaluronic acid, it's rich in nerve endings, making it a vast sensory organ.

Happy Tuesday, I’d like to hop on here and update the changes that are coming in the following week. With much consideration I have decided to change my rates for my fixed income clients and retires age 65 and up! With this economy the way it is I still want to be able to provide services that are affordable to those still in need of my services. Im working with Massagebook to create an option online for you to choose from.

60 minutes will be $70
90 minutes will be $100
30 minute will be $40

This will remain the price!

Happy 8/28 everyone!

Hello everyone, my business name change is complete, my website link has changed, I did send out a mass email with the new link. Facebook will take about 3-4 days to reflect the changes it has to be approved by the Facebook gods.

Happy Wednesday everyone, I wanted to jump on here and update what changes are happening and when.

8/28 is the set launch date for my business name transfer, I’m hopeful all goes smoothly. Right after the launch a mass email will go out with my new link, and my Facebook profile page will be updated in the following days, here you will also find my new link. My phone number will stay the same!

My schedule is changing so I can try to accommodate everyone. Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-6pm this way my evening people can get in to see me I will have Tuesday and Thursdays off. I will work one Saturday one day a month from 10am - 3pm, Saturdays will fill up fast.
