Today, we hosted our Mother's Day Brunch, featuring an exquisite spread prepared by our culinary team, including shrimp cocktail, mini waffles, croque madam bake, pastries, bagels, a delightful array of fruit, and numerous other culinary delights.

It’s Wellness Wednesday!

Once a month, we gather with our Empower Me Director to discuss a different health topic. This month was Invisible Illness and Mental Health Awareness. We discussed how Invisible Illness impacts so many of us, and enjoyed some strawberry smoothies while we talked! We ended the session with some guided meditation.

In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. and all the acts of service he championed, we at The Montvale pick a different local organization each month to support. In April, we supported a local crisis nursery, Mini O’Beirne in Springfield. Thank you to Resident Ambassador Linda for making the diaper transport!
