We’re hiring! Work with a dynamic small office as an order fulfillment coordinator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to placing medical supply orders for children and youth with special needs, maintaining inventory in our warehouse and communicating and coordinating with vendors and distributors. Strong computer and communication skills are required. Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred but not required. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9:30am-4:30pm and Fridays 9:30am-1:30pm. Physical demands: at computer 75% of the day, lifting 10-20 pounds (inventory), reaching for items overhead, safely using a ladder, walking 50 feet.
