Social media was built to connect us. Somewhere along the way, it started to exhaust us instead.

I've been dreaming of something different, a community-rooted space outside of the algorithm where local events and small groups could be held with care. A non-profit built for people, not engagement metrics.

But a dream like this takes a village. So before I take a single step forward, I want to hear from you.

January carries a quiet invitation. As soon as the year turns, there’s a rush to create, post, sell, scale, and prove. The pressure to be visible, consistent, and constantly producing can feel loud and overwhelming.

But it’s still winter.

In nature, this is a season of rest, integration, and listening. Seeds are not being rushed to bloom. Roots are growing unseen. Nothing is demanding immediate results.

I believe wellbeing is cyclical, not performative. So I’m choosing to honor this season by stepping back from social media until spring. Not from the work but from the pressure to share before it’s ready.

Behind the scenes, I’m still creating, dreaming, and tending to what wants to emerge next. And I can’t wait to share what’s been growing when the timing feels aligned!

For now, I’m giving myself permission to rest, to move slowly, and to trust the process and I hope this offers you permission to do the same.
We’ll reconnect in spring 🤍🌳🌸🌷

🍃 Seasons shift, and so do we 🍃

With the darker evenings and colder weather, filming my Tuesday “Under the Trees” videos has become more stressful than nourishing. After working all day, I need a moment to unwind before being in business mode, and honoring that feels important.

So instead of forcing Tuesdays, I’m shifting with the season. My weekly videos will now be shared on Saturday or Sunday mornings, when I can create from a place of presence and ease.

Thank you for letting me grow and pivot with the rhythm of life. 🌿🤍

Deep breathing reminds us how alive the body truly is. 🌿
As you segment the inhale and exhale, notice the subtle shapes your body creates, the rise of your belly, the expansion of your chest, the soft release with each breath out.
This practice isn’t about control, but awareness- becoming the observer of your breath, your body, your moment.
Each deep breath is an invitation to return home to yourself. 🤍
