We truly appreciate everyone who brings their pets to us, and those who visit the hospital.

Unfortunately, due to a recent incident in which our only restroom was severely misused and left in an unsanitary condition, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue public restroom access.

Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and customers is extremely important to us, and this change is necessary to ensure we can continue providing the best experience possible.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we try to move past this incident.
