This morning, Directors Jordan and Carlos proudly represented MetroCare Springfield at the Springfield Puerto Rican Parade’s First Annual Breakfast! 🇵🇷✨

We’re excited to celebrate our community and can’t wait to march in the parade this Sunday, September 14th. 🎉

If you see us marching down Main Street, don’t forget to wave 👋 — our staff and members will be out in full force showing that MetroCare is part of the heart of Springfield! ❤️💙

🎉 Employee Appreciation Day at MetroCare of Springfield! 🎉

This past Friday, our amazing MetroCare team headed to Sonny’s Place in Connecticut to celebrate Employee Appreciation Day—and what a day it was! From arcade games, zip lining, go-karts, mini golf, to ice cream (and probably a second round of everything because one wasn’t enough 😄), we packed the day with laughter, fun, and a little friendly competition.

But beyond the fun, this day was all about celebrating the heart, dedication, and hard work of every single team member. You make MetroCare more than a workplace—you make it a family. 💛

Thank you for everything you do, for supporting each other, and for bringing positivity, energy, and care to our community every day. Here’s to team bonding, unforgettable memories, and maybe just one more round of mini golf next time! ⛳❤️
