We're here to help you do the things you love! 🩵🏍️ This patient is a motorcyclist and needed a device that could keep up with him, so we fitted him with a heel-height adjustable prosthetic foot.

With this foot, he can wear different heel heights while riding his motorcycle. The adjustability keeps the socket in place, reduces pressure, and makes switching shoes much easier.

If your goal is to move more independently, we can help you get there with the right adjustments.🦿

This patient was having trouble with his previous socket and mechanical knee, so we:

1️⃣ Switched him to a Socketless Socket, making it easier for him to put on by himself and wear more consistently.

2️⃣ Upgraded him to the Kenevo knee by , a microprocessor knee that automatically increases resistance if a stumble is detected.

These changes have allowed him to wear his prosthesis more often and regain his mobility!

What if wearing your AFO was as simple as attaching it to the outside of your shoe?👟

The Turbomed Xtern AFO was designed specifically for foot drop patients and is compatible with most pairs of shoes, including hiking footwear, winter boots, and safety shoes. Because it does not make direct contact with the foot or ankle like traditional AFOs, the Xtern model minimizes any rubbing or discomfort.
