One of the most dispersive narratives is the difficulty of women over the age of 40 ability to gain muscle.

You gain muscle despite the belief the the hormonal unbalance. Your muscles still have the ability to hypertrophy.

CONGRATS 🎉

Quick story…

She was apart of another program and just wanted to know a little more about what we do …

Months later she says “Im firing my trainer”(she was apart of a good program).

She was frustrated primarily with her hitting a plateue, and the her team wasn’t able to break it. We took a look at her program and immediately found the probably.

We recalculated her macros and implemented a new mela plan at which time she dropped 5lbs within her first week.

We then slowed down her pace and focused on sustainable muscle growth through our strength training program.

1 month later she says “Im loosing inches but now I won’t the scale to change”

She challenged us again to drop her 10lbs in less than 6 weeks(not always healthy but in her case she was fine) and we did.

This story is about how she was able to adapt to any program we created and execute.
