โWhen you touch one thing with deep awareness, you touch everything.โ - Lao Tzu, Chinese philosopher
Morning Light Acupuncture LLC was formed in 2016 by licensed acupuncturist, Sara Youner, to guide patients toward an emotionally and physically healthier lifestyle. Sara works closely with each patient to combat anxiety, depression, pain, and chronic disease using proven techniques from Chinese Medicine, such as:
Acupuncture
Chinese Herbal Medicine
Cupping
Dietary Therapy
The healing process necessitates an active relationship between the practitioner and the patient. As such, Sara not only applies the actual technique necessary for the body to repair itself, but provides a holistic approach to ensure continued mental and physical well-being. Meditative recommendations, dietary suggestions, and herbal remedies are part of Saraโs methodology.
Sara Youner is a licensed acupuncturist by The Acupuncture Examining Board (overseen by the State Board of Medical Examiners). She also has a Masterโs degree from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and is a Diplomate in Oriental Medicine (Dipl. OM) as well as a certified herbalist.
