So I put together a laminated dry erase chart at home today to better help my clients understand what is happening with them. I can also circle the problem areas and make sure that I personally address everything of concern to them during their sessions. I am extremely thorough and I don’t like missing anything when someone comes in for a treatment. Everyone is a puzzle that needs to be solved. Educating the client is extremely important. I work very clinically and I am extremely professional and committed to each client. There’s nothing better than having someone who’s wanting to help you solve a problem that nobody else seems to care about. That would be me. God gave me that drive and determination and I use it every day. ✝️

I got run off the road by somebody going about 70mph, who was obviously impaired at 9:30 this morning. It was either get off the road, or get hit head on. I guess that God needs me here. Otherwise this would be an obituary instead of me taking a before photo as we go into winter and I set new physical goals. As I much as I love setting goals for myself, I love helping others even more. ✝️

This is actually very good for you and since I’m a weirdo, I like the humor at the end! 🤣😂 That’s the best part about being a personal trainer/clinical Massage Therapist with a great sense of humor, I make my clients laugh while I’m helping them get to their best selves!

It is good to be back in my therapeutic massage field here in Northern Wisconsin. I love the beautiful reviews! What I love even more is seeing somebody feel so much better after a treatment. Everyone is different and each person has a unique kinesthetic puzzle to solve. I love that I can teach someone a strengthening exercise or a stretching regimen as well, since I am also a nationally certified personal trainer since 1995. And since I have studied nutrition for 30 years, that plays an integral part more than you can even imagine. I take a lot of time asking questions with my clients before I even see them. If you don’t ask questions, you can’t help them to solve their puzzle. Pain and inflammation like to move around the body. I just drove home from picking up these wonderful massage oils. November 5th is my official opening day in Hayward. I’m so excited to bring my knowledge to the Hayward area. Locally farmed and processed pork sausage with cabbage, peppers, and red pepper seasoning. Extremely healthy and tastes so good! It’s also very good with scrambled eggs for breakfast. So many carbohydrates can cause inflammation, so this is a low carb snack that is not only good for you, it will ease your inflammatory response. The food that you eat is the main drug that you are taking. It will either cause your pain, or ease your pain. Read that again. 💪

I would have to say that crocs are the reason for SO many of my clinical massage treatments in the rehabilitative category. So many sprained ankles, and I even had someone come to me who was running in crocs and they had a compound fracture when they slipped on wet grass, fell, and their tibia came through the top of their knee. I use them to walk outside to let my dogs go potty sometimes. If it is wet outside, I would never put them on. Use them sparingly. It is quite easy to have an accident in these shoes!
