I will be on maternity leave starting in Oct. Coming back tentatively in Jan. Don’t worry! I will be putting you in the best of hands and have amazing esthetician friends on deck to refer you to. They can provide you with all your service needs while I’m gone. 🥰🩵 thank you all!!

Let’s talk CANCELLATION POLICY!
We now require a card on file to book appointments. YOU are responsible for contacting US if you need to cancel or reschedule. We send a reminder text/email 72 hours prior to your appt, this is to help you avoid paying the fee if you need to reschedule or cancel.
If you are atleast 24 hours PRIOR to your scheduled appt:
- go onto the Vagaro app to move/cancel your appt or
- you can call the salon 413-301-7476
(! leave a voicemail if outside of business hours!) - We check our messages.
If you are within the 24 hour window of your scheduled appt and need to cancel or reschedule, we have lost our opportunity to refill that appointment time that was held for you. Unfortunately this means we have to charge your card a cancellation fee.
20% fee for a last minute cancellation
50% fee for a no call no show
Please give us reasonable time to fill the appointment if you can no longer make it, we really do not want to charge you!! Please & Thank you! 🙏🏻
