My mission is to empower each person to be healthy - mentally, emotionally, and physically. After working in corporate American for more than 25 years, I became unsatisfied with "creating shareholder value" and returned to my passion of "empowering personal value." Life is chaotic and there are times when even the strongest person finds themselves struggling. Avoiding the struggle creates unhealthy coping strategies that affect every aspect of your life; however, meeting the struggle head on, can create resilience and a holistic healing that you can draw on for the rest of your life.
