Do not be concerned about the future; keep your attention on today, and stay in the present moment.

Oftentimes we stress about the future, or we dwell on the past, when we have thoughts of the future or present, we can find ourselves to be very unhappy.

By focusing on the present moment, only being concerned about what is happening in front of you, there is a sense of relief and peace. You can find happiness in the present moment. Living one day at a time.

Live for today, not for tomorrow and not for yesterday. Tomorrow is not guaranteed. Focus on today.
