Treehouse Yoga At Treehouse Yoga, we believe you deserve a safe space to feel comfortable in your body as it is today.

We welcome diversity within our walls and invite all backgrounds and abilities to join us where we feel at home. Sally and Lisa have been friends for over 20 years, watching and supporting each other evolve through moves, marriage, motherhood and careers. When Jax showed up in Springfield, they jumped in with their whole bodies, reveling in the new community they found. Jax became a place for these busy women to meet, connect and take time for themselves. There was an instant feeling of safety, acceptance, and genuine care from the first class they took and soon Jax began to feel like home. Within a few months, they decided to take their personal practice deeper by signing up for Jax’s 200hr Yoga Teacher Training where they found their new friend and mentor (Jax Owner) Wendy. When Wendy approached Lisa & Sally about the possibility of taking over the Springfield space, the two quickly recognized the need to preserve & continue this incredible community she had started. So, after a couple of rounds of “should we?” “could we?”, the two said “let’s do it” and Treehouse Yoga was born.
