We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person to join our dental office team as a Claims Coordinator!
🦷 Who we’re looking for:
Someone who’s great with insurance claims, loves staying organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. If you have dental office experience—especially with billing or insurance—that’s a huge plus!

🕐 Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM, and every other Friday, 8 AM - noon.
💬 Start: ASAP!
✨ What you’ll be doing:
Submitting dental insurance claims
Following up on unpaid claims
Talking with insurance companies & helping patients understand their benefits
Keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
💡 What helps you stand out:
Experience with Eaglesoft dental software
Prior dental insurance or billing experience
Great communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Collect payments and manage patient accounts
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:
• Previous dental front office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in dental software (Eaglesoft) is a plus
