Dr. Chitkara will be on vacation beginning Thursday August 17. He will return on Thursday August 24. If you need a shot record or need to drop off a form to be signed, someone will be in the office during the mornings. Forms can be picked up after August 24. We do NOT fax forms to schools or daycares.

It's time for the new school year and we realize how busy everyone is. However, we do NOT fax shot records or forms to schools or daycares. We deal with hundreds of forms every school year and it is impossible for us to fax and keep track of them all. Please pick forms up and take them to school. If you come in with a form, we will be happy to try to fill it out while you wait. Thank you for understanding.

Dr. Chitkara is going to be out of the office beginning Friday, June 30. He will return on Thursday, July 6. If you need medicine refills, please call for an appointment. During this time, you can still call the office. It is not too soon to get your sports physicals scheduled. We will start to get very busy with physicals in the month of July.

Nova Pediatrics holiday hours - We will be out of the office December 24 - December 26. As always, if you have an emergency, call the office number and leave a message. We will get back to you asap. We will be back in the office at 9:00 on December 27.

We are starting to get flu shots now. This year, the flu shot will be in VERY short supply, so they are first come, first served. The mist will not be available....shot only. Call today for your appointment.

It's that time of year again. If you have a child going to kindergarten in the fall, make sure to check immunizations!
