Owning your own business - and staying on schedule with no boss - as an adult with ADHD with chronic illness is like having a very old previously-honorable guard dog.

I'm either at the window barking ferociously at the mailman, or sleeping through a robbery.

But, this week is packed tight with appointments and meetings, so if I can retrain my little brain to stay on track, Cocreation MD Integrative Medicine may survive.
