Since I have some new faces following my journey here I thought I would pop in and share about myself!

Hi! 👋

My name is Ashley and I opened Cinder & Stone Therapeutic Massage at the start of this year!

I am a licensed massage therapist of 5 years and I specialize in fire cupping, hot & cold stones, neuromuscular, prenatal and therapeutic massage. I have taken courses in aromatherapy, foot, hand & face reflexology, head and neck lymphatic drainage, Thai massage & more! My integrative approach allows me to tailor each session to each individual that walks through my doors!

I truly love bodywork and how it can help so many! 🥰

On a personal note, I am a mother to a beautiful girl named Willow, and if you have seen me I’m sure you have heard about her. 😅 I have two dogs, Murphy and Tegan, that keep me on my toes.

One of my great loves is and always will be baking. Nothing brings me more joy than baking for people I care about!

I am an avid reader. I read romance, fantasy, science fiction, thriller & suspense and I’m now forcing myself to read non-fiction so send me some recs please!! 🙏🏻

I’m moving into my very own space! 😱

Starting January 2nd I will be located next to Alive Chiropractic and operating my own business!

It feels so surreal and I’m so excited to share the progress with you. My little helper, Willow, wants it to be absolutely perfect and won’t have it any other way. ☺️
